1. Scope and operator
Robert Green operates Extreme Cue Sports and this support website. Contact robertfallacy@icloud.com about privacy or support.
This policy describes the existing test-service design and this website. The iPhone game is in development. Before a new test or public release, this policy will be updated to reflect its actual features, service providers, and data practices. Test progress may be reset with the test service.
2. Information used
| Information | Why it is used |
|---|---|
| Player name, account ID, password hash and salt, session token | Create accounts, authenticate players, keep progress, and prevent unauthorized access. The inspected account service stores a password hash rather than the original password. |
| Virtual balances, inventory, rewards, progress, match state and results | Run matches, reconnect players, save ownership and progress, and calculate scores and rewards. |
| Reports, support messages, and an account ID when supplied | Investigate problems, respond to requests, and address abuse. Email support also receives the sender’s email address and any attachments. |
| Network and service information | Deliver the website and game service, detect connection problems, and limit abuse. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and request logs. |
Your player name and scores may be visible to opponents and in leaderboards. Choose a name you are comfortable sharing publicly.
The current inspected game service does not process real-money purchases. If Apple in-app purchases are introduced, transaction and entitlement information may be needed to grant or restore eligible items. We will update the disclosures before enabling that feature. Do not send card or bank details to support.
3. Use, service providers, and sharing
Information is used to provide requested game and account features, maintain fair play and service security, and answer support requests. Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, these purposes may rely on performance of the service agreement, legitimate interests in security and support, or a legal obligation. Optional processing requiring consent will be explained when introduced.
This website is prepared for hosting by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes network requests to deliver and protect hosted pages. Support messages sent to our iCloud email address are processed by Apple’s email service. A production game host has not yet been finalized; game-service provider details must be reflected here before that service launches.
We do not sell personal information. This website includes no advertising, advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party fonts. Data may be disclosed to service providers supporting these purposes or when required by law. Providers may process information in other countries subject to applicable protections.
See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy for information about their services.
4. Device storage and permissions
The test game may remember session tokens, settings, and local progress on your device. Signing out clears the active login; clearing app or browser data removes local preferences and progress.
This support website uses no local storage or cookies of its own. Support form entries stay in the page until you choose to open an email draft; your email application sends the message only when you send it. The website does not request microphone, camera, location, or contacts access.
The next iPhone build is planned to use preset emoji chat without microphone or voice chat. The final app’s permissions and privacy disclosures must match the shipped build.
5. Retention and deletion
Active account information is kept while needed to provide the account and saved game progress, until deletion or a test-service reset. The inspected service sets login sessions to expire after 30 days. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to address the request, follow up, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.
Account deletion removes active account records and sessions. The inspected deletion flow removes linked in-game reports and identifiable ledger records and anonymizes remaining match references. Separately emailed support messages are not automatically deleted by that game action; contact us about those records.
Any backup system for the production game service needs a documented deletion schedule before launch. Information subject to a legal preservation requirement may need to be kept for that requirement. We will explain applicable retention when responding to a deletion request.
6. Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Depending on your location and circumstances, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, or a complaint to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.
See account deletion instructions or email us. No password or payment card information is needed in an email request.
7. Children and age suitability
The game is not directed to children below the minimum age permitted for the applicable release and region. The game’s age classification is being clarified before release. If you believe a child has provided information contrary to applicable requirements, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
8. Changes
We will update this page when the service or its data practices change. Material changes will be communicated through the game or another appropriate channel when required.
